In 1969, Atlantis Transportation Services Inc began hauling Hot Shots for General Motors with a single truck in Oshawa, a small automotive community on the outskirts of Toronto, Ontario. This led to the introduction of GM parts distribution via airfreight.
In 1974 Atlantis Transportation Services incorporated.
A move from Oshawa to Toronto in 1982 heralded the further concentration on the airfreight business and an expansion program which still continues.
Since then the company has grown to become one of the largest airfreight trucking carrier's in North America.
